If there are non-working days (Saturday and Sunday), as well as holidays, the term is increased by the corresponding number of days. Delivery by the respective courier to the recipient's address does not include the possibility of Saturday delivery!

4. Ordering a specific product is done by pressing the "buy" button after selecting the selected quantity. The action constitutes a declaration of will that binds the client and parts4laptops.eu with the force of a contract.

5. When placing an order, the customer must specify an exact address and phone number, company details or names of the individual for issuing an invoice and making a delivery.

6. The indication of incomplete or incorrect data renders the order invalid and does not bind parts4laptops.eu to performance.

TERMS OF DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

7. Payment and delivery options are: cash on delivery by courier (some Countries only); by Bank wire payment (by bank transfer); by PayPal. The ordered product is delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer, specifically for the order.

8. When choosing "delivery with cash on delivery", the customer is obliged to pay the product upon receipt and to the carrier.

9. The ordered product is delivered appropriately packaged according to its type and the delivery transport used.

10. If the customer does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the product to the specified address, parts4laptops.eu is released from its obligation to fulfill the requested delivery.

11. The cost of delivery of the products is calculated by the system. The delivery of products worth over BGN 1000 is free for the whole country.

REFUSAL TO RECEIVE ORDERED AND DELIVERED PRODUCT

12. A customer who ordered a product through the electronic store parts4laptops.eu and received it by mail, courier or other means of transport, has the right to refuse to receive the order, or part of it, after it has already been delivered to him, only in one of the following cases:

• the product or its packaging is damaged during transportation;
• the product clearly does not correspond to the one ordered by the customer;
• the price does not correspond to the one originally offered;
• in the cases provided for by the Consumer Protection Law.

Complaints on the above-mentioned points are made only at the time of delivery.
Outside of the listed cases, the customer has no right to refuse receiving and paying for the product. Otherwise, he owes payment of the costs incurred for delivery to him and return of the goods back to the supplier.

13. After receiving and paying for the product, the customer can advertise it, or request its return and reimbursement of the price paid by him in the following cases and terms:

14. Complaints are accepted as follows:

According to item 14.1 - within the period provided for in the warranty card accompanying the goods, after filling out the complaint form in detail.

According to item 14.2 - within 7 days of receipt, provided that valid reasons for this are given in writing and a declaration is signed certifying that the product is in the form in which it was received, without having been used and with undamaged original packaging. Transport costs under item 15 are at the customer's expense.

15. When the delivered goods are guaranteed by the manufacturer/importer, and the customer is regularly provided with a warranty card, where the addresses and telephone numbers of the warranty services are indicated, he applies directly to the indicated services or points.
