The site parts4laptops (hereinafter referred to as the "site") is an online store providing the ability to shop online for products of different categories. The site also offers consultations online through a messaging system (chat), by e-mail consultation or by telephone conversation with the sales department. These services are related to the processing of a different type of personal data of the user – an individual used for various purposes, which are regulated in this policy. Here the described Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of use

Data subjects whose data may be processed are only natural persons – users or representatives of legal entities for the purposes of ordering and purchasing products from the Site.

In order to protect against unauthorized access and distribution of personal data of customers and contractors Bulcomp Engineering Ltd. stores this data on specialized servers with limited physical access, further using different methods for encrypting part of the data and limiting remote access to the database with them, and employees who have access and processors of personal data are contacted with it through unique identifiers with different levels of access. The site also uses SSL cryptographic protocol on all pages where personal data is entered and/or processed.

1. The types of personal data that Bulcomp Engineering Ltd. processes:

1.1. On a contractual and pre-contractual basis for the purposes of processing a request and delivery under the Consumer Protection Low and the Terms and Conditions of the Site:

- Name and surname;
- Delivery address;
- Phone number;
- E-mail address;
- IP address;

1.2. On a legal basis, when the issuance of an accounting document - invoice is required for the execution of the payment:

- three names of the orderer, when he is a person or his representative, when the ordering person is a legal entity, а responsible persons, a contact person;
- identification number (ID, VAT), according to the requirements of the tax legislation for the compilation of accounting documents;

1.3. Payment details (according to the payment method chosen by the customer)

- Bank account details – holder, bank account number and servicing bank;

1.4. Anonymized data

- Statistical information about the total number of visits to the site, deliveries, received inquiries for assistance and complaints collected and analyzed in order to improve the services and products provided by Bulcomp Engineering Ltd.;
- Cookies. These cookies are necessary for the functioning of the site and the presentation of the information requested by the user in correct form, which is why they are always included. These include cookies that allow the user to be remembered within one session, or if the user wishes - for all future sessions. 2. Purposes of the processing of personal data:

2.1. The data from 1.1. for the purposes of:

- Processing of requests and accepting orders;
- Performance of a contract concluded at a distance;
- Delivery by courier or postal services to the specified in the order or additionally requested by the ordering through the Commercial Department or form for ordering address for delivery;
- Invoicing and payment;
- Making contact with the ordering person regarding an order, subsequent delivery and clarification of the order;
- Sending notifications about the status of delivery and problems with delivery;
- Provision of warranty service;
- Processing of received claims, complaints, signals and claims;
- Certification of the minimum age required under the law of the ordering person for the realization of a purchase;
- Service of the order process and its restoration in case of technical interruption, as well as for the purpose of ensuring the security of the Site and the services provided through it;
- Provision of information on checks or protection of a legal interest in administrative and judicial proceedings;
- Tracking previous orders of the user and their status;

2.2. The data of 1.2. for the purposes of:

- Issuance of an accounting document (invoice) containing the legally mandatory requisites, in case its issuance is required by law or is explicitly required by the Orderer;

2.3. Data from 1.3. for the purposes of:

- Certification of received payments made by bank transfer, bank card or PayPal;
- Reimbursement (in case of exercise entitled to refuse delivery or claims);

2.3. Data from 1.4. for the purposes of:

- Statistical reports of the total number of visits to the site, deliveries, received requests for assistance and complaints;

3. Third parties, whom we provide your personal data to:

3.1. Courier companies and post offices, carrying out the delivery of confirmed orders through the Site;

3.2. Payment service providers for the purpose of making a payment or refunds in the exercise of the right of refusal of a product;

3.3. Accounting - for accounting purposes, according to the requirements of the legislation;

3.4. State authorities and institutions in connection with their inspections in accordance with the legal requirements and restrictions;

3.5. External workshops for carrying out warranty and out-of-warranty repairs, when it is necessary to carry them out by narrow specialists or with specialized equipment, which Bulcomp Engineering Ltd. does not have, as well as in cases where the manufacturer requires the warranty service to be carried out by a specific service on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria;

With regard to the personal data of natural persons we provide to the specified third parties, Bulcomp Engineering Ltd. requires and monitors them to apply all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the data provided to them by the company, according to the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the EU and the Council and the Bulgarian Legislative Act.

4. Personal data of individuals are processed and stored for the following periods:

4.1. Data processed for the purposes of the conclusion and execution of the distance purchase contract – the limitation periods provided by the Bulgarian legislation for claiming claims.

4.2. Data processed for accounting purposes – the provisions of the Bulgarian legislation – Accounting and VAT Act.

4.3. Data provided on the basis of consent – until its withdrawal by a written application addressed to Bulcomp Engineering Ltd. at the address of management of the company or in another explicitly stated way permissible by law.

After the expiry of the above deadlines, the data is deleted and no more can be recovered and used anymore.

Exception: The data is not deleted, but continues to be processed only for the purposes of protecting our legal rights and interests or in fulfillment of our legal obligations, in case at the date of expiry of the specified period there is pending forensic, administrative and pre-trial proceedings – until its completion.

5. Rights in relation to personal data of individuals:

5.1. Right of access, including the right to a copy of the data in the process of being processed:

At any time, any natural person has the right to request information about his/her personal data that Bulcomp Engineering Ltd. stores. The request shall be respected and the data shall be provided after the person has certified his or her identity appropriately;

5.2. Right to rectification of inaccurate personal data:

Any natural person has the right to request the rectification of his/her personal data if they are incorrect, including the supplementation of incomplete personal data. This can be done through his profile on the Site or by contacting Bulcomp Engineering Ltd. with a written request after proper authentication of its identity;

5.3. Right to erasure ("Right to be forgotten") in the following cases:

- When the need for processing is eliminated;
- Upon withdrawal of consent, when processing is based on consent;
- In case of established unlawful processing of data;
- In the event of a legal obligation to delete the data;

The right to be forgotten is not an absolute right and may not be respected in the cases provided for by law, even after proper verification of the identity of the data subject, in which case it is informed thereof immediately.

5.4. An individual has the right to request restriction of processing where:

- the correctness of the data is contested for the period in which their correctness is to be checked; or
- the processing of the data is without a legal basis, but instead of deleting it, it requests their limited processing; or
- exists or there has been a need to process the data for the establishment, protection of the person's legal claims; or
- an objection to the processing of the data has been filed, pending verification whether the grounds of the controller are lawful;

In case of rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, Bulcomp Engineering Ltd. shall communicate this to any recipient – a third party to whom the personal data have been disclosed, unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate effort.

5.5. Right to portability of machine-readable data:

Personal data is provided directly to the subject;
- Upon request by the subject and technical possibility, the data shall be provided to another controller of his choice;

5.6. The right of the data subject to object to processing on the basis of a legitimate interest:

- The data subject has the right to object to the processing of his/her personal data on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator. Bulcomp Engineering Ltd. will not continue to process its personal data unless it is demonstrated that there are compelling legal grounds for this which take precedence over the interests and rights of the data subject or due to litigation and other procedural and extra-procedural settlement actions.

5.7. The right of the data subject to object to direct marketing:

- Any data subject has the right to object to the receipt of marketing communications, including profiling and analysis for direct marketing purposes.

5.8. Right to complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection or to a regulatory authority within the EU.

- Every data subject has the right to a complaint before the Commission for Personal Data Protection if he believes that his or her personal data is collected, processed and stored unlawfully. 5.9. Right to withdraw consent granted.

- Withdrawal of consent for direct marketing and advertising is made by sending a notification to the opt-out address specified in the direct marketing and advertising notice;
- Consent to access an Account on the site is withdrawn by changing the password to access the site;

Upon withdrawal of consent, the processing of the respective type of personal data for the specified purposes shall be suspended. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.

The above rights are exercised by a written request in a form determined by Bulcomp Engineering Ltd., which you can receive at the Administrator’s office or electronically after a request to the Official for the data protection. You will receive a response to your request within one month of receipt of the written request.

Bulcomp Engineering Ltd. does not use methods for automated decision-making or profiling. Automated individual decision-making, including profiling, can be done by financial service providers. Please know their personal data processing policies.

7. Changes in data security policy:

The policies of Bulcomp Engineering Ltd. for the protection of the personal data of the users of the site change over time depending on the amendment of the legal framework (applicable law) and an amendment in the circumstances.
